Duties will include, but not be limited to providing Quality Customer Service while also supporting the Scale Master and HR in the following ways:
Candidate will be expected to screen calls daily; This includes routing calls to specific departments/persons when necessaryAnswering questions directly, as ableTaking messages and relaying to proper individual(s)Enter data, run reports and review customer information for accuracyProcess and complete customer receiving paperworkCommunicate with customers regarding any concerns or questions pertaining to loads received and materials deemed as non-recyclableAssist with month-end processSort, scan and electronically file incoming vendor invoicesMINIMUM REQUIREMENTSHigh school diploma or equivalentExcellent organizational and time management skillsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsExcellent proofreading and editing skillsProficient in Microsoft Office- i.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
